Formulated with key ingredients:

How To Use Toothpaste Tablets
Wet brush and crush tab with front teeth forming a creamy, foaming paste. Gently brush your teeth and gums in a circular motion thoroughly, like you would any normal toothpaste. For that next level clean, don't forget to scrape your tongue using a tongue scraper followed by a moisturizing swish of oil pulling.
