How to Use
Start your overall daily oral care routine by brushing your teeth and scraping your tongue using a tongue scraper. Remove the stopper and take approx. 1 tsp of oil and swish for 2-5 mins. (the longer the better!) Discard into the trash can. Do not swallow. Rinse is optional. Don't forget to floss between meals and upgrade your toothbrush every three months.
Our oils are always shipped fresh and have a shelf life of 24 months from the date listed on the bottom of the bottle.
Pro Tip: no need to shake the bottle prior to your sip!

Our beautiful (Mother) earth-friendly recycled paper packaging, toothpaste sugar cane tubing, oil pulling glass bottle, and bamboo toothbrush are completely recyclable! Once enjoyed, simply cut off the end of the toothpaste tube and rinse with water. Remove the metal cutter on the dental floss box and bristles from the toothbrush, and discard all into your designated recycling bins. The all-natural toothbrush handle can be upcycled or composted once the paint is removed.
