How to Use
Start your day with our natural teeth whitening toothpaste and scraping your tongue with a tongue cleaner. Follow with approx 1 tsp of oil pulling and swish for 2-5 mins. (The longer the better!) Discard into the trash can. Do not swallow. Rinse optional.
Pro Tip: No need to shake the bottle prior to your sip!
